Our Mission
To empower individuals to resolve conflict with dignity and respect for each other; to provide high quality mediation services to couples, families and organizations; and to promote the process of mediation as an alternative and cost effective means of resolving disputes in divorce, schools, work-places and the community.
Our Practice
Mediation is the use of an impartial person to help people make informed decisions and develop mutually acceptable agreements within a confidential setting. We have found that mediation during the divorce process can be an excellent resource to help couples make their divorce work.
Mediations can be useful for:
- separation/divorce/custody agreements
- workplace disputes
- business and consumer disputes
- special ed disputes
- parent-child issues
- elder care issues
- estate planning and distribution issues
